Kristina Michelle - Producer of The Indie Gathering and The REEL TV Network; Actress; Stunt person; Writer; Host of the REEL Show.

 Larnell Stovall - Former world and international champion in fighting, weapons and forms. A stunt and fight choreographer for film and television, he is a member of the top action team in Hollywood, 87eleven. He has won three awards for best fight choreography, and was a part of the viral hit "Mortal Kombat: Legacy". His recent works include stunt coordinating films such as "Medallion" (2012), "Universal Soldier: A New Dimension" (2012) and "Never Back Down 2" (2011), as well as working on "Green Lantern", "The Mechanic" and more!  (Talent Scout & One of the national fight scene judges)

Robert Banks - Former Sundance producer / director. Robert's past films have won awards all over the world. You will see Robert's projects from New York Underground Film Festival to Chicago's Underground Film Festival. Based in Cleveland, OH, Robert is a film instructor at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Robert Banks' films are one of a kind. Robert works exclusively on film and is the master of lighting!

  Mary Ellen Tomazic - Entertainment Attorney Profile
Over the last 27 years Ms. Tomazic has worked with many bands, singers, filmmakers and artists, helping answer their legal questions from copyright, trademark and other intellectual property issues, to contracts and business organization. As a licensed attorney in Ohio she has used her legal training and experience to assist creative people in navigating through laws and regulations pertaining to their projects, often on a pro bono basis. She has negotiated and reviewed record company contracts for bands such as Death of Samantha, Purgatory, Toehead, Mushroomhead, The Dark, The Guns, Knifedance and Dead Federation. Filmmaker Johnny Wu and artist Scott Radke have also benefited from her work with their contracts and releases. She is currently the attorney for Tom Dark and his record label Red Hour Records, and recently negotiated and drafted a contract for the rerelease by SmogVeil Records of The New Hope Complilation, originally released in 1983, which was expanded into a double vinyl album with downloads.  Ms. Tomazic has been a featured speaker at the annual Indie Gathering filmmakers convention in Cleveland since 2005, with talks on a variety of legal topics, including copyrights, trademarks, contracts, liability and business organizations such as partnerships, LLCs, and corporations.

  Drew Evans - Owner of Wicked Trickz, a film stunt company from Rhode Island. His team will be performing stunt demos for The 2011 Indie Gathering.

  Anne Kitral - Actress. Anne has co-starred on such projects as "Strong Medicine", "Judging Amy" and "My Bloody Valentine", to name a few.

 
Johnny K. Wu - A veteran filmmaker with an MBA specializing in marketing, Johnny has been involved in the media creation of visual and audio services since 1998, when he co-founded MDI (Media Design Imaging). Since then, he has helped small and medium businesses in developing focused visual media through promotion videos, commercials, corporate videos, while at the same time creating his own short/feature films and documentaries to be shown worldwide at film festivals, online sites, colleges, national television, DVD distribution and sci-fi or horror conventions.

 Bill Johns - Bill is a three time silver Telly award winner who has won national festival awards for his short films. He's been director of photography on six feature films and wrote, produced and directed his own feature film entitled, Madness. His latest short film, "Somewhere in France" will be screening here at the IndieGathering and viewers will quickly see why Bill is hosting our 2 hour workshop on lighting.

- Award-winning film scorer! He will be co-hosting sound/music - from pre-production to post production panel at The 2011 Indie Gathering.

    Alan Tuskes - Special Effects Markeup Artist. Alan has worked on such projects as "To Live and Die", "Kill Bill: Vol. 1", "Austin Powers in Goldmember", "Men in Black II", "Spy Kids", "Dune", "Little Nicky"; "End of Days"; "Virus"; "The Relic" and too many more to list! (One of the national FX judges)

 Maestro Christopher Barbeau - Currently the founder and director of the Ring of Steel Action Theatre, fight director & stunt coordinator for the Michigan Opera Theater, the Toledo Opera, Maestro Christopher Barbeau has been involved in stunt work for 38 years with 27 feature films credits including Hook and Master and Commander, over 500 stage credits and more appearances in various venues as a swordfighter than could properly be enumerated.  Formerly the fight master for the Michigan Renaissance Festival, he holds a 3rd degree black belt in Aikido, a 2nd degree black belt in Jiu Jitsu, was the national junior epee champion in 1975 and holds a BA from the University of Michigan in English literature, history, philosophy and physics.  22 years ago he created and currently directs the Ring of Steel Action Theatre, teaches a wide variety of classes as a guest instructor at all levels for schools across the nation and provides instruction in theatrical combat and stunts.  He has been working with opera singer's for last 12 years and was a guest artist for both the Philadelphia Opera and Opera Pacific last year as well as a regular invited guest artist at Cornell and for both the National Educational Theater Association's Michigan and International Thespian Festival.  Maestro Barbeau is a member of the Society of American Fight Directors, International Society of Movement Educators, SAG and the United Stuntman's Association.

  "Jungle Bob" Tuma - Jungle Bob is an animal entertainer and educator who has been doing animal presentations and events for almost three decades. In addition to educating about the wonderful world of animals, he regularly makes appearances on television and radio. At The 2011 Indie Gathering, he will be giving a seminar on using trained animals in film.

  Mark Haas is an award winning composer who specializes in music for TV and Film. His music has been used by various media groups and production companies on the east coast. Mark will be teaching a workshop that focuses on a practical approach to film music for both the composer and film maker.
